Sometimes it is useful to get an experienced outsider to review elements or processes within your business to help you iron out the issues that can take up a large part of your day, reducing the amount of time you have to focus on the things that only you can do or need to do to grow your business

Able2 Consulting offer an HR review package that you can tailor to the needs of your business - this annual package is made up of 4 quarterly review meetings that can be used to improve the HR function within your business or to give you peace-of-mind that you are complying with your HR legal obligations as an employer. You may want to use these meetings for various purposes, such as to ...

  • plan your HR initiatives for the next quarter
  • focus on a particular issue or issues and put an action plan in place to resolve it / them 
  • identify how upcoming employment law changes may impact your business
  • review specific HR metrics to identify trends or triggers within your business
  • review an HR process within the business and receive a brief report on how it can be improved
  • conduct an impact report on a new initiative that has recently be implemented to identify if expectations have been met
  • run an employee focus group on a specific issue or concern you wish to investigate
  • etc

Each quarterly review meeting can either have a different area of focus or several meetings can be used to concentrate on the same topic or issue if required

Package details - new for 2020

The cost is £50 per month and review meetings will be booked (in advance) for the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th month of each annual package period

If you require Able2 Consulting to provide any additional service following on from a quarterly review meeting, this will be quoted for separately
